I hope officials in charge appropriately punish this deliberate act of endangerment. Luckily, those children didn’t suffer major injuries and lived to tell the tale, but many other children aren’t that lucky!

Bus accidents like this one, whether they’re the fault of the bus driver or another motorist, could result in far fewer injuries and casualties if buses just provided safety belts! Legislation is finally catching up to this overdue safety need, requiring the installation of safety belts in all newer bus models. That’s great. But what about those old clunker buses that cart our children around, and probably will continue to operate until the floors fall out? Older buses are exempt from the seat belt requirement. What use is adding seat belts to newer buses and not all buses?

SafeHarness is a portable safety belt device that provides the option of bus safety that you can take with you wherever you go. This product is a first of its kind, life-saving device, and its surprising nobody’s thought of it until now! The makers need as much help as they can get to push this amazing device to market and get it on school buses everywhere. You can support a wonderful cause by visiting the SafeHarness fundraiser page on Indiegogo. Show your support by sharing with everyone you know, or make a donation. No matter how large or small, your contribution will have such a huge impact towards an important safety movement and will be recognized! Generous donators even receive perks, like SafeHarness swag. Thank you in advance for your support!
